Shia LaBeouf Arrested in Georgia for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness

Shia LeBeouf has once again landed on the wrong side of law enforcement after being arrested for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness in Savannah, Georgia.

The 31-year-old has been released after posting a $7,000 bond charge. He was later booked for disorderly conduct, obstruction, and public drunkenness.

When he wasn't given one, "he became disorderly, using profanities and vulgar language in front of the women and children present".

"When the officer attempted to place LaBeouf under arrest, LaBeouf ran to a nearby hotel", the police statement said. It is unclear where in Georgia the incident occurred, but he was recently filming his new movie "The Peanut Butter Falcon" in Savannah. Shia was accused of shoving another man who was protesting his anti-Trump "He Will Not Divide Us" online performance art project.

In 2015, he was cuffed in Austin, Texas, also for public intoxication. Details of his arrest have yet to be revealed and his reps aren't responding to requests for comment.

LaBeouf was also arrested (though not charged) in 2007 at in Chicago, after being told repeatedly to leave a Walgreens because he appeared intoxicated. In 2014, he was arrested outside of a Broadway performance of the musical "Cabaret" in NY for allegedly being disruptive, smoking and yelling. In 2008, he was arrest for drunk driving in West Hollywood, and in 2014 he was arrested in New York City for drunken behavior.
