New details about Usher's recent lawsuit emerge

The security got her number and thereafter, Sharpton and Usher met at a hotel where she said they had sex without letting her know of any STDs he may have had.

That bring us to today, when celebrity lawyer Lisa Bloom announced an imminent lawsuit on behalf of three new clients who say they had sexual contact with Usher.

"I feel that my rights were violated", said Quantasia Sharpton, who does not have the disease.

Last month it was reported Usher was forced to fork out $1.1 million Dollars to a woman he was involved with after she filed court documents stating she got herpes from him.

The attorney representing the group is filing a lawsuit on Monday that alleges the musician had sexual contact with each of them after 2012 but didn't tell them he had the sexually transmitted disease, which is required by law. She says 1 of the remaining clients - either the man or woman - has tested positive for herpes.

Three people sued Usher Monday in Los Angeles, alleging the singer failed to disclose that he has genital herpes before having sex with them.

That same morning, one of the reported victims - 21-year-old Quantasia Sharpton - spoke of the encounter at a NY press conference.

"When I first heard he had herpes, I couldn't believe it ..." One of the plaintiffs, according to Bloom, contracted the virus.

Usher "has not publicly denied these claims", the suit reads, leading the plaintiffs to believe Usher "has the virus and that he exposed them to it". "I would not have taken a risk of getting an incurable disease; my health is very important to me". If the singer tests negative, Bloom said, he should still notify his partners, or make a public statement, in order to put people's minds at ease. She also added that others have come forward, claiming that they too engaged in sexual activity with the singer.

After she returned to her hotel, she got a call from Usher, asking for her hotel and room number.

"I feel like my rights were violated", she said adding she made a decision to join the lawsuit so he "does not do this to anyone else". "Although I am negative I was upset by the reports, because I would never have consented if I would have known", Sharpton said. Usher's representatives did not immediately respond to HuffPost's request for comment. We hope the reports are not true.
